Jiangyin Zhongya Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 1988,covering of 100 mu,with a total investment of US $20 million, with an annual output of 15000 tons. Our main products are various color masterbatch . They are widely used in polyester staple fiber , blowing film, injection molding, pipe, sheet material and so on.
At present, Zhongya has developed into a high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research, development, production and marketing. Now Zhongya have 6 sets of color matching lab extruders and professional color matching technology team, we can quickly and accurately provide the formula according to customers’ various requirements. The annual output is 15000MT.We have 5 sets of SJW100, SJW140 reciprocating single screw compounding extruders and several sets of twin screw extruders. In 2004, Zhongya began to produce white and color polyester chemical fiber. We have 4 advanced production lines, with an annual output of 70,000 tons, mainly main products are 1.4D-18D cotton type recycled polyester staple fiber, Widely used in cotton spinning series (eddy current spinning, ring spinning and airflow spinning, etc.), car interior ceiling cloth and car needling carpet fabric, etc. Now, Zhongya successfully services in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and other key national textile industry, and exported to North America, South America, Europe, Middle East and southeast Asia and other countries and regions.
